While we make every effort to display colours, textures, embroidery, cork grain, and finishes accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, lighting conditions, or the handcrafted nature of certain products.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Delivery restrictions

Your order is confirmed only after it has been accepted by Zaiah.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) may be available on selected orders and serviceable pincodes.

  • An advance payment is required to confirm a Partial COD order.
  • The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable if the shipment is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or returned due to customer-related reasons.
  • Zaiah reserves the right to enable or disable Partial COD at its sole discretion.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may change without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, logistics partners, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon successful delivery of the order.

7. Exchanges & Refunds

All exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
