Shipping & Delivery

At Zaiah, we strive to deliver your handcrafted juttis with care and reliability.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,599.

For orders below ₹1,599, shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
In such cases, if the order is returned to us and the customer chooses not to re-ship, a store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges, if any) may be issued.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or a short video.

We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Currently, we deliver across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
