Zaiah Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 48-hour exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it β€” unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We may ask for your order number or the email address used during purchase to process the exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@zaiah.in. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may use any trackable courier of your choice, or request a prepaid return label β€” in which case the shipping fee will be payable or adjusted at the time of exchange.

We only cover return shipping if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To process any claim related to damage during shipping, we require unboxing videos clearly showing:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging (including shipping label)
  • The issue visible during unpacking

This helps us file a claim with the courier and offer you a quicker resolution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will share product options for exchange β€” either the same product (if available) or a similar item of equal value.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges can only be made once per order.
