Refunds & Exchanges
At Zaiah, each jutti is handcrafted with care, making every pair uniquely special.
Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order footwear, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we do support exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:
- If you receive a size different from what was ordered
- If the product has a manufacturing defect
- If the product arrives damaged
All requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or a short video highlighting the issue.
Please note that fit or comfort preferences are subjective and are not considered defects.
Exchange & Store Credit Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Our team will guide you through the exchange or resolution process
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- In case the requested size or design is unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued, redeemable on any future purchase
Store credits are non-transferable and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only in rare cases where:
- An exchange or store credit cannot be provided, or
- The issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor variations in colour, embroidery, or finish, which are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products
